Quick Dinner Idea

Mini Burrito Recipe:

Small whole grain tortillas

Mild cheddar cheese

Pinto beans

Avocado

Tomatoes

Lettuce

Cucumbers

Salsa

Optional: Guacamole & Chips on the side!

Dice avocados, tomatoes, cucumbers, and lettuce.

Cook pinto beans.

Lightly heat up the tortillas and pour on pinto beans, followed by cheese, and then veggies and salsa.
